Viviane Pepe is the director of communications at Avon Brasil. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), an MBA in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and a specialization in Design from the School of Visual Arts in NY and the Fashion Innovation for Central St. Martins in London.

Since 2019 Viviane has been leading and repositioning the Avon brand globally. She was the first professor of Pop Culture at the Miami Ad School in Rio de Janeiro. She is also part of the Network for Diversity
at Avon (Rede para a Diversidade Avon) and looks at a beauty as a way for representing and constructing
a more inclusive and plural future.
